What inspired me?
Traditional revenue tracking tools often lack real-time insights and fail to support agile decision-making. I envisioned a system that offers leaders an instant, accurate pulse of revenue performance.

How did I create it?
I designed an automated revenue tracking framework connected to multiple data sources (CRM, ERP, project defects, and risk logs). The result is a unified dashboard showing daily updates, pipeline status, and revenue run rates, along with the delivery health.

Pipeline Tracking Module

What inspired me?

A healthy pipeline is critical, yet many organizations lack visibility into its quality, conversion likelihood, and revenue impact. This inspired me to create a tool that does more than count deals—it assesses their potential.

How did I create it?

I built a pipeline tracking module that assigns scores to opportunities based on probability-to-close, deal size, and client health. It uses AI to flag bottlenecks and suggest actions to accelerate conversion.
