● Challenge: Bottlenecks in the sales-to-delivery process were slowing down deal closures
and causing pipeline leakage.
● Solution: I built a system to track sales pipelines in HubSpot, mapping the Scope of Work
(SoW) to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). This centralized the delivery flow and
improved alignment between sales and delivery teams.
● Impact: The project fast-tracked deals into wins, accelerating revenue realization by
$4–6M through a higher win rate and reduced pipeline leakage.
