● Challenge: The leadership team required real-time, accurate revenue insights to make
faster, data-backed decisions and address revenue leakage. The primary technical hurdle
was integrating an API with a custom application connected to BigQuery and automating
the reporting process.
● Solution: I built a tool that integrated an API with BigQuery and Looker Studio. Using SQL,
I clustered data, created automated triggers and views, and developed a real-time
visualization dashboard.
● Impact: This tool provided leadership with instant revenue insights, improving
decision-making speed and reducing manual reporting efforts. It directly enabled
interventions that unlocked approximately $3–5M in annual revenue recovery.
